Vintage Brocante for stunning pieces of vintage design

Lets just get dust ourselves down and get ourselves together, relax, take a very big deep breath and enjoy the goodies on show.  You guessed it, its vintage Brocatne time again.  So strap in tight, brace yourself as the ride is about to start and let yourself space off into Vintage design furniture mode and get your yourself to the Mid -Century capital of our beautiful Dublin City for the Brocante Furniture Market this Sunday 20th March 2011.

Some of the traders on show , such as Andy Vayne's Eclectic Vintage, Richard Harte's Cool Retro, Geoff's Kirk Modern, Pauls Retrorumage, Robbie and Eofie from TLC, Andrew from Mid Century classics and myself from Original Compulsive Design will be tugging and throwing, so come on down and get yourself something really nice for your beautiful soul.

Lots of one off pieces to enhance your home/ interior, underated G-plan, stylish Eames, getting harder find rocket lamps (Hi Geoff) and groovey Dansette record players, plus funky sideboards and lots of other great nick nacks from the generous participants, traders and sellers at this great innovative Vintage Furniture Market. 

Don't forget the fantastic delish Italian food and buzzingly moreish fresh coffee on offer at affordable prices from Luca and Ashling, if you do happen to get  there don't forget to say hello.

Retro Rooms Vintage Interior Fair Belfast

The Retro Rooms Show in The Holliday Inn, Ormeau Avenue, Belfast this weekend Sunday the 6th March 2011 is a must for all vintage hustlers, mid century freaks and modern design minglers.  Its the first vintage fair in Ireland to concentrate wholly on interiors, vintage furniture, ceramics, lighting and art so no clothes, make-up or ballroom distractions, just lots of lovely items of great design, inspiration and desire.  Please see some images below of some goodies that will be hopefully up for grabs and a list of seller's and exhibitors on show:
